The People In
Progress sitework launched Labor Day 2002 –
a completely new look for this Los Angeles-based non-profit
organization. Inspired by the success stories related from
the
men and women recovering from substance abuse and alchohol
addiction under this program, Eric
Scott explains how he created
4 original short films and designed the new Flash-based site.

"It was critical that we convey the warmth of this organization,
in
our theme Hope, from No Hope. Everyone who works
there also has completed the program – from the guy
at the top to the guys working in the kitchen – each
has arrived at their front door in a place of spiritual bankruptcy
and hopelessness. At the moment they have 84 beds, and with
better funding, they can provide even more support.”
