Product Design

Eric Scott is a multidisciplinary product designer whose work spans entertainment, publishing, merchandising, and branded physical artifacts. As the sole designer behind all Day For Night merchandise on TeePublic, he oversees concept development, visual design, production preparation, and marketplace presentation. His practice extends into world‑building and narrative‑driven design, including custom desk calendars for the Morrowvale and Aurora Nova universes, presentational film canisters for Day For Night, a promotional restaurant drinks menu for a streaming series, and a fully realized railway travel map. His packaging and print work includes hardback and softcover books (with numerous hand‑made editions), Amaray and DVD tin packaging, CD jewel box formats, 7″ and 12″ vinyl sleeves, newspapers, magazines, and a retail popcorn bag design for Grumpy’s.

Scott’s portfolio also includes specialty promotional and branded objects such as a media press kit box for Zebra Records (Ricky Schultz, MIDEM) and custom Motorola phone faceplates. In collaboration with designer Steve Soffa, he has contributed to environmental signage for both interior and exterior spaces, as well as watch lines, rings, jewelry, and accessories including belt buckles, cuff links, money clips, pendants, and dog tags. This breadth of experience gives him a rare end‑to‑end understanding of how ideas move from concept to manufacturable product, allowing him to create artifacts that are visually compelling, technically sound, and deeply aligned with brand storytelling.
